Do you want a free entry for this weekends XCO race !!!!! or the next if you have already entered

Do you want a free entry for this weekends XCO race (or the next if you have entered already) and your petrol to and from covered.

GREAT, all you need to do is tow down a water tank on a trailer from Roleystone (pick up Saturday) and drop it back post the race. It can be towed by a family car and we will empty it before the tow back to reduce weight.

Doing this saves the the club $400 in delivery fee's meaning the funds go back into the juniors and trail maintenance.

Please message us if you can help

Firstly thanks to those of you who have stepped forward this year as Committee Members or as PMBC Legends, the club was indeed in desperate need of a fresh injection of enthusiastic and motivated people to play a part in driving the club forward. I know many of you made it to the AGM and social function and it was great to chat with you all and start the process of making 2015 a great year for PMBC and MTB in Perth and WA. I look forward to meeting the rest of you, new to PMBC or old and working together to have a fun, successful and efficient year of racing.

John Forrest National Park Survey (DPaW)

I bet you're surveyed out, but we just have to keep doing them to ensure there are more places to mountain bike in the future.

This is even more important because its a DPaW survey so they'll be comparing the number of mtb responses to other trail users eg like walking.

Please complete the survey here: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/John_Forrest_Commu...

Thanks!

WAMBA state squad coordinator required

Below is a preview, click to read the full post

Message from WAMBA:

Seeking a representative to drive a potential WAMBA state squad pathway initiative.

If you, or your club, are interested in junior development, particularly in relation to high performance athletes, it would be great if you could volunteer to be involved representing WAMBA. You have the opportunity to bring the potential benefits to juniors across the state in addition to your own club's aspirations.

Goat Farm Race - We Need You!

Hey All,

I am posting this with the hope of getting some keen helpers for this weekend and hopefully extending that to pre-race stuff for future events Smiling
Basically Martin and I are wearing a bit thin doing a lot of the work at these races and are keen to avoid a train-wreck, so would like to teach as many people as we can to spread the load.

Rubbish on Trails

I would just like to offer some kind advice.

PLEASE DO NOT DROP YOUR NUTRITION WRAPPERS ON THE TRAILS.......

It will create problems for us in the future when organising races and social rides.

TAKE IT IN, TAKE IT HOME.

Thank you for listening

WA Junior State MTB Team Nationals Trip 2014

Below is a preview, click to read the full post

It all started with the junior development camp in Pemberton in July 2013 targeted at Cross Country riders (XC). The camp was the first of its kind for WA and had super star coaches Jenny King, Tim Ellison and local Down Hill legends Rex Dubios and Dion Baker showing the kids how it's done. Every one of the 20 kids on the camp improved massively over the 3 days and they all came away buzzing.
