Hi there,

my names Wayne, been lucky enough to get a job in Perth, and will be emigrating with my family at the end of June.

I've seen your club on the net, its great that there is such a well organised club in Perth, I currently live in Wales, and ride the trail centres around Afan Argyd and Glyncorryw, 2 or 3 times a week. Once we are settled it would be brilliant to join up with the club and get out on some rides. I will be working in a mine site, so 8 on 6 off, do you run any mid week rides? I will be settling in Rockingham, plus i do enjoy night riding and wondered what the score was with that?

It looks like a beautiful place, and I know my wife and kids will love it, but a big thing for me is MTB'ing been riding for over 12 years now, really enjoy the steep, rocky technical stuff, I built my dream bike last year (Ellsworth Moment) and it would be great to find some stuff to rip down it on. I note that there is a fair bit of activity on the DH side, and a healthy XC scene as well.

Would be great to chat to any of the other members on whats happening and what sort of riding you've got, especially anything close to Roco (my aussie mate said thats whats its called)

Cheers, Wayne in Wales (at the moment)

Lots of great riding from those like me - to people who can ride like the wind

this is a pic site for a long wide track ride that happens every year - but there is a lot more hard core stuff about.

Put you name on here when you get here (or before as you have) and link up - lots of night riding too Smiling
