Wembley Cycles 6 Hour Mountain Bike Race
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
Langford Park Jarrahdale
Now a staple on the WA mountain bike calendar the Wembley Cycles 6 Hour is a great event to do with friends or to go out and attack solo. You can do it in a team of two or three as a relay where just one of you is on the course at a time which gives you plenty of time to take in the fun and enjoy each lap without having to train like the pros.

Yeah I know - running has knobs on it when you can ride!
See you at Cape to Cape I hope
Nathan (muddy mudksipper - certainly was at dunsborough!)
Hi all,
This'll be my first fixed time lapping style event. I'm guessing I can leave food and drink at some designated area and just stop at any time to replenish right? Rather than have to carry it all with me?
I'll be goin solo.
Thanks.
Hi Frosty
You sure can. There will be a feed zone for all solo riders at the start finish line. You can stop every lap if you like or as few times as you please. It is totally up to you.
My son Michael and I would like to form a trio with another rider if interested. Michael is only 14 and not very experienced so we wouldn't be aiming to win any places - just enjoy the ride! I'd expect to do eight laps possibly nine in total. Let me know if you or someone you know might be interested. Sorry for the late notice but my regular riding mates have had something just come up and so can't make it.
Wouldn't mind doing this event , how tough is the course? Not sure if I could solo 6hrs, unless someone looking for partner.
