Area:
Turner Hill
Status:
Amber/Some Issues

Trees Down chainsaw required.
Rode Turners tonight in the wind and rain.Removed about a dozen fallen branches and small tree's from the track.
3 large tree's across the track,1 at the 1.7 klm mark,Tree is a large one approx 2 feet thick and blocks the track on a fast section after the half track turn off and over the next hill. The other 2 tree's are both at the 9.5 klm section just before the rock garden,1 is a large tree aprox 15 meters long and 30cm thick, the other is thinner but is wedged in between 2 tree's and still has its roots in the ground.
So a chainsaw will be required on all these tree's.

Thanks for cleaning the track.

I have just spoken to Elisa from DEC and they are going to try and clean the area up.

I will also be there all weekend on the never ending quest of trying to clean trails for the Dwellingup 100.

If DEC don't get to it, I will be able to clean it up before Saturday 15th September.

Thanks again, Tony T

I had to build 1 track around the big one and used the chainsaw on the other 2. Looking good!
