I bought one this week also. Mine didn't come with quick releases I'll have to look into getting some.

Quick release on an SS hmm how do you find it does it slip at all.

i have not had it long but have had no slipping.
The previous owner has had it for about a yr like this and not had any problems, i was a bit worried at first but doesnt seem to be a problem.
I guess time will tell
