Collie Adventure Race 2013

Minninup Pool. 2km south of Collie on Mungalup Rd.
The Collie Adventure is a multi-discipline event set in the jarrah forest of the Collie River Valley. The event is similar to the Blackwood Marathon Relay, except that all the legs are of an out and back format, based around a picturesque pool on the Collie River. The event includes canoe, mountain bike, swim, road bike and run stages.
The race can be done as a team or by individuals (Ironmen).
Entry cost is $145 for individuals and $165 for teams.

Hi All,
I've just spoken to the Murray Districts Carriage Driving Club and they have an event on the upcoming long weekend at Marrinup. It would be much appreciated if you can avoid riding Marrinup Circuit on Sunday the 2nd from 8am to Midday.
There will be horse and carts moving at speed all around the area, including Freeman Road and the fire-roads which form part of the MTB circuit.
It is for your safety that we recommend you do not ride Marrinup on this morning. If you are in the area please say hi and check out the event. Find more info about the club here:

South West Highway Directions - Langford Park is located on Nettleton Road in Jarrahdale. This is about 45 to 50 minutes drive south from the centre of Perth. You can either go down the South West Highway and turn left onto Nettleton Road just as you leave Byford (Peak petrol station on the corner) and proceed along Nettleton Road until you cross a set of disused train tracks. The entrance to Langford Park will be on your right about 400m after the train line. You will cross the train line again as you enter the park and you should follow the signs at the round about that take you to the lake car park. On race day a marshal will direct you from the round about.
Freeway directions - If you come down the freeway (best for those people from the northern or western suburbs and Fremantle people) exit the freeway at Mundijong Road and turn left towards the hills. Take Mundijong road all the way to the South West Highway and turn right. Take an immediate left into Jarrahdale road and continue up the hill for about 3kms. Nettleton Road will be on your left just after you enter the 60km speed zone. Proceeed for about 1km and Langford Park will be on the left. Drive into the park and you will get to a roundabout, follow the signs at the round about that take you to the lake car park. On race day a marshal will driect you from the round about.

The Camel Farm is a tourist attraction (you could hit the trails on a camel instead of your regular steed if you want). There is parking and a cafe there - and mountain bikers are openly welcome to use their facilities. The Kalamunda Circuit basically runs through the place!
Head down Paulls Valley Rd, which comes off of Mundaring Weir Rd on the left not too far out of Kalumunda.

Single Track Minds Kalamunda 4 Hour Marathon Event Jorgenson Park

The event is held at Jorgenson Park Kalamunda. Enter off Mundaring Weir Road at Crescent Road just outside of Kalamunda town centre.
Wembley Cycles 6 Hour Mountain Bike Race

Langford Park Jarrahdale
Now a staple on the WA mountain bike calendar the Wembley Cycles 6 Hour is a great event to do with friends or to go out and attack solo. You can do it in a team of two or three as a relay where just one of you is on the course at a time which gives you plenty of time to take in the fun and enjoy each lap without having to train like the pros.

Early Entries will be open on line until Tuesday 21st August. You will be enter after this date for a late fee of $20 up until 30 minutes before the race.

Jorgensen Park 4 Hour, Specialized WA Enduro Series Round 1

Jorgensen Park Kalamunda
What a way to start the Specialized WA Enduro Series, with the open flowing track at Jorgensen Park. Last year revealed the hidden secrets of this old golf course, and the looping track providing awesome viewing points for spectators.
This track is the perfect event if you’re new to mountain biking and incredible fun for those who like going fast. Do it in a team or solo.

Roundtu-it 24 hour Enduro 27th January 2012

Roundtu-it caravan park Muirillup rd Northcliffe
The ride event is a mountain bike track on the property at Roundtu-it C/van park.
This is the chance to take part in the only 24 hour Enduro event in W.A.Entry form is on www.aroundtu-it.com.au web site to down load.We have the Enduro on the 27th January after Australia Day so you can make a long weekend of it.
So take the extra day off and have some fun!!!
