Photographer on Lancaster Trail this weekend

Below is a preview, click to read the full post

I will be taking high quality photos this Sunday 17th March on the Lancaster Trail Kalamunda at some of the main obstacles and North Shore. Off-camera flash will be used but will not blind riders in broad daylight - it will enhance the results. I have High end Canon DSLR's and lenses - and remote triggered speedlites.

I will be out of harms way and should not distract. I will place a "JLP with Arrow" sign advising of my location a short distance ahead.

I will be there between 8.00am and 11.00am on various sections and maybe later on other parts of the Kalamunda Circuit.

Lancaster by Night - Photo

The Red Patrol Mob had a blast riding the Kalamunda Circuit on Saturday night, we had the whole place to ourselves and it was loads of fun!!!

We took the cameras with us and managed to snap this picture of myself hitting the log jump on Lancaster.

Kalamunda Circuit

Another big day on the Kalamunda Circuit today. The Calamunnda Camel's car park was packed by 8.15 am and people were parking on the road. That means over 100 cars are parked there plus The Dell and The Black Stump car parks were full. The trails were packed, a bit like peak hour traffic. We are still averaging 400 + riders per week on the Kalamunda Circuit and the counter is on a one way section of trail that generally people only ride once during a ride. What do we want, More trails. When do we want them. NOW!

Hi Trail Builder.

Another great day on the trail. A big thank you to all the volunteers for helping to build the Kalamunda Circuit.

It was pretty hot and the ticks where in plague proportions.

We hope to see you next year building and maintaining this fantastic trail.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from the Kalamunda Circuit Volunteer Trail Builders.

Cheers

Murray
