2023 Auscyling XCO State Championships – Nannup

PMBC & RnR MTB presents – 2023 Auscycling WA XCO State Champs – Nannup
Perth Mountain Bike Club and RnR MTB return to the fantastic Nannup trails for the 2023 State Champs. This is going to be a fantastic race on arguably WA’s best trails. If you have not been to Nannup or want to get back get your entry in and get on down as its a blast. The course is of course challenging but is fantastic fun and A/B lines to suit all levels of riders on one set course.

Entry fees:
Entry costs are increased due to two factors for the 2023 State Champ. Official practice on Saturday with St John on site creates extra cost. Secondly $7 per rider is required to be paid to the Nannap Shire to maintain the Tank Trails. We make all our races through the year very reasonable in cost so feel this increase is ressonable for state champs.
Official practice will be from 1.00pm to 4.00pm on Saturday the 26th then Race day starting from 8.45am on Sunday the 27th. Laps listed below are preliminary and will be confirmed at the race briefing 15 mins before the start of each wave. It is strongly encouraged to ride the course during practice so you are ready for the race
Race Plates:
IMPORTANT: Please ensure you enter your Yellow 2023 Race plate number into the question during entry. If you do not have one Please enter 0 then you will be issued with a plate to use for the rest of the season (Not Required for U9/13 Riders)
Please note there is no practice allowed on E-bikes. Any use of E-bikes during Saturday practice will result in a DSQ on race day. Please ensure you practice on the bike you will be riding in the race with your race plate attached during practice.
State Series Presentations:
The Auscucling XCO State Series points presentations will occur on Saturday after practice at the Nannup Hotel from 5.30 to 6pm. The Brewery also has food service for your dinner if you choose to eat there.

Event Parking:
Event parking instructions will be emailed before the race, please read and comply as there is a strict plan in place to ensure we get permission to run the event.
Registration:
You must register online before 11pm on Thursday the 24th of August. As usual, there will be no entries on race day.
